Personalised digital content

Every book is created individually and supplied digitally. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content, this right ends once supply begins — but only if you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel. We ask for this at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If your book is not delivered, cannot be downloaded, or is faulty, contact us and we will fix it, regenerate it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Failed generation

If we are unable to create your book, you will not be charged twice and we will refund you in full if it cannot be delivered.
